The process

Firstly we will discuss your objectives, both immediate and long term. We will then analyse your skills and strengths to ascertain if your goals are realistic.

We may be aware of active vacancies that suit your requirements, or we may have to make some proactive calls to targeted firms to establish if they may hold an interest in you (this can be done on an anonymous basis if required). Rest assured your CV will never be sent out without your prior consent.

Once an interview has been confirmed you will be given interview training, tailored to the firm you are meeting to ensure you give yourself the best possible chance of securing the job. You can never do too much preparation.

We will ‘hand-hold’ throughout the process – we realise this can be a daunting and stressful time, and we’re here to ensure all interviews are well co-ordinated, and that the process is a smooth and stress free one for you.

Once you have made the decision you would like to accept an offer we will advise on resignation, and continue to liaise with your new firm until such point as you are happy to deal directly with them.

We may say goodbye at this point, but we will never lose touch with you. A number of our clients were candidates themselves 10-15 years ago. We will continue to keep in contact throughout your career, advising on moves along the way if necessary, but ultimately reversing the role and offering recruitment solutions for you when the time comes for you to find new additions for your team!
